There is already a long list of juniors in Indiana earning themselves scholarship offers, one of them is Isaiah Davis of Greenwood Christian Academy. The 6’9” forward already has several division two offers in addition to interest from division one programs.

Cedarville, Lee, Lincoln Christian, Missouri Western State, and Trevecca Nazarene have all already extended offers to the junior. As well Belmont, Evansville, IUPUI, Lehigh, Mercer, and others have also shown interest in Davis.

When speaking about these schools, Davis said “all of these schools recruiting me have stood out in their own way. I’ve really loved the schools that have shown that they pour into their players just as much off the court as they do on the court.”

For his future basketball program, the junior is most interested in the chemistry and the culture of the team. Davis also mentioned, “going along with chemistry and culture I feel like the team that puts God first and focuses on those two keys would be a place that I would want to be. That doesn’t necessarily mean I have to be at a Christian university as I believe you can create change anywhere but a place where I’ll be allowed to lead off the court is where I’d be most comfortable.”

While Greenwood Christian Academy has recently started the season, Davis has already had a big performance. In their first game of the season, the forward had 17 points to go along with 7 rebounds and 3 blocks.
