After seeing his recruitment take off over the past few months receiving multiple offers, Isaac Schultz has announced his college commitment. The 6’7” 2024 forward of Adams Central High School (IN) and Focus Premier has committed to Olivet Nazarene.

Schultz had initially attended a camp at Olivet Nazarene back in June which he called a great experience. He then visited the NAIA school last month in September. “The visit went great,” Schultz said. “Loved being able to meet the players and play with them. Being able to talk with the whole coaching again was great, the facilities were awesome, the campus was amazing.” Following the visit, he received his offer from them.

“Main things I like is the winning culture,” Schultz first said about his choice. “The players were awesome, they really made me feel at home and seemed to care about me and my future. Same thing with the coaches, the whole university itself offers so much, not only basketball.”

“I see myself fitting in very well,” he said about his future on the court at Olivet Nazarene. “Olivet Nazarene is a very unselfish team, and they play to win. That is a main reason I am going there; I believe their winning culture is great. They want me to stretch the floor and play, guard multiple positions, which I know I can do.”

Before he heads to Olivet Nazarene next year, Schultz is looking to finish off his high school career on a high note. He is looking to repeat as conference champions and make a deep tournament run.
