In addition to the standouts and stock boosters from the 15U division, there were several players that had standout performances over the weekend. Here are a few more players from the 15U level who had impressive performances.
Javante Edwards – 2025 – PG – Power 5
A dynamic point guard that was incredibly tough to defend with the ball. Edwards has a quick first step, strong handle, and very good shifty moves to be so tough to stick with. He played very well attacking the basket as a distributor plus a crafty finisher around the paint. A versatile scorer who can also shoot it well from the outside.
Gavin Gores – 2025 – F – Playmakers Showcase
A long and active 6’7” forward with good versatile skills. Gores is a tough matchup as not only he scored inside playing with his back to the basket but can also attack the basket with his long strides and handle. He is also an aggressive forward that was all over the floor doing a bit of everything. A freshman to track moving forward.
Xzavion Mitchell – 2025 – G/F – Phenom University
While only a freshman, Mitchell as a lot of ability at 6’7”. He plays big on the defensive end anchoring the paint though moves well to defend the perimeter but is also versatile scorer on the other end. He showed a good ability to score attacking the basket as well as playing with his back to the basket. Mitchell impacts the game in so many ways.
Sebastian Randolph – 2025 – C – The Family
A powerful 6’7” post with a strong build. With all of his physical abilities he can be a force in the paint on both ends. He scored it well in the paint, finishing on a high percentage of his touches inside. He is agile and moves his feet well posting up. Also, Randolph is very active on the glass grabbing every rebound near him.
Jack Wolf – 2025 – G/F – Illinois Central Elite
The lengthy 6'2" wing was one of the top shooters of the tournament. An absolutely pure shooter spotting up from the perimeter. He scored 22 points in a single game, hitting six threes. He moves well without the ball and has a very quick release.
