In addition to the top performers and stock boosters, here are some talented players that stood out during the Spring Extravaganza with a high level of play, and all show a bright future on the hardwood.
Jekel Cotton – 2025 – G/F – All Ohio Select
Cotton proved to be one of the top shooters at the 15U level of the tournament. He has a pure stroke and was knocking down his jumpers at a very high percentage spotting up from deep. A very active defender with good length that matches up well with both guards and wings too.
Ben Kerkhoff – 2025 – SG – Mid Pro Academy
One of a few members of the Mid Pro 15U team that can really shoot the basketball. Kerkhoff has great form on his jumper and just was not missing when he is able to get set spotting up on the perimeter. He is at his best shooting but also can make some plays off the dribble and is smart with the ball in his hands.
Sebastian Randolph – 2025 – C – The Family
At 6’7” with his solid build and aggressive play, Randolph can just control the paint on both ends. He scored it very effectively around the basket posting up and on put backs using his power to just finish right through defenders. He plays with good energy on the defensive end blocking and altering shots around the paint as well to going hard for every rebound.
Tomasz Starr – 2025 – SG – All In Athletics
A highly active 6’2” guard with a versatile game to do so much for his team. Starr is a crafty guard with a high IQ that plays well with the ball in his hands but can also spot up for threes. A good finisher around the paint who also is a good passer. Starr also plays with great energy on the defensive end matching up with both guards and forwards.
John Toles – 2025 – F – Indiana Rise
The freshman is a long and active 6’7” forward with great upside. He is a real rim protector but also moves well for his size to defend out on the perimeter as well. An aggressive player that works for every rebound on both ends.
