During April, 94 Feet Elite 17U was one of the most impressive teams of the entire NY2LA Association. Between the first two sessions of the association with the Spring Extravaganza in Indianapolis and the Grassroots Showcase in Louisville, they went undefeated with an 8-0 mark while playing a tough lineup of teams.

DJ Moss, Britain Harris, Jamie Hodges, and others have all performed very well this spring for 94 Feet Elite but one other has truly stood out in Kamari Slaughter. Slaughter is a 6’4” guard from Portage High School (IN).

During both of these tournaments in April, Slaughter has earned himself first team all-tournament honors at the 17U level. He is a physical and athletic guard that has shown the ability to score it exceptionally going to the basket but also shoots it well from the outside. More than just a scorer however, Slaughter has a well-rounded game with his tough defensive play, rebounding from the guard position, and passing ability.

With his elite play throughout the spring, Slaughter has continued to attract the interest of division one programs. Incarnate Word, IUPUI, Mercer, and South Dakota State have all shown interest in the junior. With all his tools he is a complete guard that more division one programs should be involved with.
