Big start of the GNBA championship on night one with games at the 13U and 14U level. After a great spring of basketball on the association with championships on the line, plenty of players brought their best game to battle for a title.

Jordan Boyd – 2026 – SG – MidPro Academy South

In a tight and hard-fought game where points were at a premium, the shooting of Boyd was the difference his teams win. The guard was able to hit four threes in the win, including three very early in the game. He has a great stroke with a quick release to hit them at a high percentage.

Jack Broderson – 2027 – G – Chapman Basketball Gold Elite

One of the more skilled guards at the 13U level. He led his team with 15 points tonight in an easy win. He plays well off the dribble getting into the paint to score but can also hit shots from the outside. Broderson is a very active guard getting all over the court making plays and has a high basketball IQ.

Quentin Burrell – 2027 – PF – Powerhouse

Burrell is an incredibly tough and active power forward. He impressed most with his rebounding ability being incredibly aggressive on the glass. Burrell just could not be kept off the offensive glass and was grabbing them in bunches. He is also a good shot blocker around the paint but also defended well out on the perimeter. He scored 13 points tonight leading his team to a large victory.

Tref Rademacher – 2027 – F/C – NESYB

While there are so many weapons on this NESYB 13U team, it was Rademacher leading the way in their large win scoring 16 points. Even at a young age he already stands at 6’4” with a good strong build. As well to scoring it efficiently around the backet tonight, he also showed off a nice shooting stroke from the outside.

Amar’e Witham – 2026 – PG – Yanders Law

As well to scoring 18 points leading his team to a win, Witham showed great point guard skills. Witham is very strong with the ball in his hands, has excellent court vision and passing ability, and is a good decision maker with the ball. As well to getting into the paint often, he shot it well from the outside hitting three threes.
