2024 G 6’3 Kamari Jones - D1 Indiana 17U
Kamari Jones is a pure bucket getter with a deep bag of scoring moves to create for himself off the dribble. He uses change of pace and quick bursts to get by defenders, and stepbacks and side steps to create space to get jumpers off on the perimeter. Jones has a smooth shot with an effortless release off the dribble. He is committed to Western Carolina and the entire staff was in Indy to watch.

2024 SG 6’3 Jaiden Martin - Team Haliburton 17U
Jaiden Martin of Team Haliburton was one of the top shooters I watched at Spring Extravaganza. He is deadly in catch and shoot with a quick release, and had some nice drives and finishes after defenders ran him off the three point line. Martin has good length which helps him to avoid shot blockers at the rim and get steals and deflections on the defensive end.

2024 F 6’7 Charles Anderson - Houston Superstars 17U
Charles Anderson is an athletic and physical post prospect who plays with a ton of energy. He provided a paint presence all weekend for Houston Superstars - blocking shots, cleaning the defensive glass and battling for second chance opportunities. Anderson’s motor and physicality stood out in the 17U division and he was a big reason for his team’s 4-0 start in ny2la association play.

2024 G/F 6’4 Camron Casky - Progeny 17U
Camron Crasky is a strong and athletic wing with good size on the perimeter. He was a force in transition where he made some acrobatic finishes, hanging in the air to avoid defenders, and put down a couple emphatic dunks. Crasky flashed a midrange game off the dribble, able to stop on a dime and rise up at the FT line area. Definitely a player to watch again in Louisville.

2024 G/F 6’5 Brandon Tilley - Wisconsin Swing 17U
Brandon Tilley had a strong weekend in Indy for Wisconsin Swing, capped off with a huge 27 point performance in which he made 4 threes vs George Hill on Sunday. Tilley is a physically built wing with good size and was able to finish around the basket as well as in the midrange with soft touch. He is a prospect I expect to get a lot of D2 attention this spring.

2024 G 6’2 Tyler Mason - MidPro Academy 17U
Tyler Mason had a breakout weekend at NY2LA Swish N Dish and continued to play well in Indy for MidPro. He has a lightning quick release in catch and shoot with great shot prep and can catch fire in a hurry. Mason made 4 threes including some clutch shots down the stretch on Sunday in a win over WI blizzard. Although Mason is not a true PG at this stage, he has solid handle and sneaky quickness to get by defenders and create for himself and teammates.

2024 F 6’7 Chanx Martin - Team Mookie Betts 17U
Chanx Martin was one of the most intriguing long term prospects at Spring Extravaganza. He had some high level flashes throughout the weekend - windmill in transition, finishing lobs and drop off passes with explosive dunks, knocking down pick and pop three, and a couple athletic blocks as helpside defender. Martin has lots of tools at 6’7 and as he becomes more consistent should see his recruitment pick up in a hurry.

2024 G/F 6’4 Isaiah Allen - Chapman Basketball Academy 17U
Everytime I see Isaiah Allen he seems to have gotten a little bit better. He spent time as primary ball handler for Chapman and has improved his ability to create for teammates - getting paint touches and making reads. Allen defends at a high level and can slash to the basket where he has the athleticism to finish above the rim. I like Allen’s trajectory as a prospect and is a player that college coaches should be keeping close eyes on in Louisville.

2024 F/C 6’10 Brandon Glass - All Ohio Select 17U
Brandon Glass is a throwback, back to the basket big who had some really good moments for All Ohio Select 17s. He gets early position in the post, does a great job of using his frame to seal defenders, and has great footwork and touch with a go to baby hook over his left shoulder. Glass has impressive hands - making some tough catches and rebounding out of his area - and also flashed a face up game making a couple midrange jumpers. Would like to see him touch the ball more in the halfcourt, as he was efficient with the opportunities he did get.

2024 F 6’8 Adrian Johnson - Bayou City Hoops 17U
Adrian Johnson is a young big with athletic tools and perimeter skillset that gets you excited about his long term projection. Johnson has plus length at 6’8, rebounds, contests shots at the rim and is comfortable operating on the perimeter. He showed great shooting touch and is a confident jump shooter, and also had some good moments as a facilitator in 5-out sets working from the top of the key.
